These terms apply to every order placed on sabcopackaging.co.uk. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is run by Sabco Packaging Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10025231), VAT number GB279950640. Our address is Kelsey Close, Attleborough Fields Industrial Estate, Nuneaton CV11 6RS. You can contact us at info@sabcopackaging.co.uk.
2. Who these terms apply to
We sell to both businesses and individual consumers. Where a section applies only to one of these, it says so. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under UK consumer law.
3. Your order and our contract
- When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it.
- Our contract with you starts when we dispatch your order.
- We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is an obvious error in the price or description. If we decline an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
- We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices on the website are shown excluding VAT. VAT at the current rate is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy.
- We accept payment by debit card, credit card and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order.
- A VAT invoice is available for every order.
- Prices can change, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order.
- Pallet and bulk prices we quote by email apply only to the quantities, products and delivery address in that quote, and for the period stated in it.
5. Products
- We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately. Photos are for illustration and colours may look slightly different on screen.
- Sizes, thicknesses and quantities are as stated on each product page.
- If a product is out of stock or discontinued after you order, we will contact you to offer an equivalent product or a refund.
6. Delivery
Dispatch times, delivery charges and areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays outside our control. The goods are your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Damaged, missing or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, is missing or is not what you ordered, email us at info@sabcopackaging.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the items or refund you.
8. Returns and cancellations
- You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. Full details are in our Return and Replacement Policy.
- Consumers: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
- Unless the items were faulty, damaged or sent in error, the cost of returning them is yours.
9. Our liability
- Consumers: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
- Business customers: our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
- It is your responsibility to check that a product is suitable for your intended use, including food contact use, before using it.
10. Your information
We use your details to process your order and answer your enquiries, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
