What we collect
- Order and account details: your name, company name, billing and delivery addresses, email address and phone number.
- Order history: the products you buy, prices, delivery method and any notes you add to your order.
- Payment information: card and PayPal payments are processed by SumUp and PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, contact form or phone.
- Website usage: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and items added to your basket, collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
- Marketing preferences: whether you have chosen to receive our newsletter.
How we use it and our legal basis
- To process and deliver your order, take payment, send order and dispatch emails and handle returns. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To keep accounting and tax records. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- To keep our website secure and prevent fraud. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising. Legal basis: your consent, given through our cookie banner.
- To send you our newsletter and offers, only if you have ticked the box to subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Legal basis: consent.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with companies that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
- DPD, to deliver your order (name, delivery address, phone number and email for delivery updates).
- SumUp and PayPal, to process your payment.
- Brevo, which sends our order and account emails.
- Mailchimp, which sends our newsletter if you have subscribed.
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Workspace), for website statistics, advertising measurement and our business email.
- Our website hosting and security providers (including Wordfence), which store and protect the website.
- Our accountants and professional advisers, and authorities such as HMRC where the law requires it.
We never sell your personal information.
International transfers
Some of these providers store or process data outside the UK, for example in the European Union or the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax purposes. If you have a customer account, we keep your account details until you ask us to close it. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Other information is kept only for as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to ask for it to be transferred to another organisation, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
