Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, customs delays, or other logistical issues. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sabco Packaging is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Sabco Packaging is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
