Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on where to send your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection: After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds

Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.

Replacements
